My parents just attended your concert in Carlyle, IL, this past weekend and were able to speak with Mr. Reynolds briefly after the concert. Mr. Reynolds was my band director at Beckemeyer Grade School in the 1970's. Thank you, Mr. Reynolds, for giving me the gift of music, which I still thoroughly enjoy today. I play my flute each Sunday at church, with our local community band each summer, and occasionally with a 100 member singing group I am a part of. Music is truly a wonderful gift you can enjoy your whole life through. I currently live in Jasper, Indiana, yet make trips to Illinois frequently. I am going to try to make it to one of your concerts in the near future. I can't wait to listen to the CD my mom and dad purchased. Keep up the good work!!
My wife, Rhoda, and I were good friends of Randy Atkinson, many years ago in Dekalb, Il. We lost track of him and have tried to find him many times. If he's the same Randy, we would love to hear from him.
Just wanted to sign..and say hello to Mr. Frank Winchester! He was my band director in high school..and was a wonderful instructor! By the way, Mr. Winchester...I still play my trumpet once in a while!
